Excellent and reasonably priced

I won't pretend to understand sake, but I like this.

Full and rich.

Dark tones. Sweet finish. Delicious with toro

Lovely malted milk white flowers and rainwater.

Flavor of black licorice.

Smooth and floral with notes of honey. Celebrating our 4 year anniversary.

Great clean sake to pair with an amazing omakase. Even went well with the apple pie.
