Amalia Brut Methode Traditionelle Mantinia Moschofilero

Well, color me impressed! Traditional method sparkling from the Moschofilero grape from Greece. Bright acidity, bone dry, pear, apple, lemon, marzipan.

Lemon, earth and saline. M acid, body and finish. Very bright. A good summer sipping wine.

Whoa! Knocked my socks off! Fresh yet pleasantly yeasty with tremendous balance of 12 grams of residual sugar and bright acidity. No knees or elbows here!

Delicious.... Similar to Chenin

@KapnosDC. NV. This was a stunner. First go round for me with a sparkling Moscholfilero. Bone dry. Like drinking chalk. In only the best way imaginable.

Very nice, subtle brioche, zesty, balanced

Chris would like (prob give it a 9+), due to its sight sweet flavor of peaches and apricots. Not as much on the nose. Dry despite the fruit flavor.

Aromatic: lemon, chalky minerality. Low acid, lemon and minerals on palette, mandating orange and Pearsish finish

Sparkling wine - agiorgitiko. Vivino knows this wine.
