The texture of this wine is so soft and velvety. The fruit is ripe and Lucius but not overly so. It's followed by pronounced tannins and acidity that is very nicely balanced with stony minerals. This is definitely one of the better petite sirah's I've had. This winery consistently produces top notch wines and this is no exception.
