Dec 2nd, 2017This was a sparkling syrah. I don't know if the carbonation made it one-dimensional or if the wine was lackluster anyway, but there wasn't much to this juice. Sort of tart red fruit without much else going on.

Surprisingly good. I didn't really know what to expect since I've never before had a sparkling red. Remarkably, it was exactly what I would imagine a Syrah with bubbles would be like.
