Loved it, despite the high alcohol (14.8%), enjoyable, smooth Californian blend, dominated by Zinfandel. Powerful ripe fruit, chocolate / mocha on the palate, full body, medium + / long finish.

This blend is quite a good drink to share with friends, even if you don't like the wine all that much, the view from the top of the hill where their new tasting room is located is simply beautiful and worth the trip.

Picked up at last stop of a day of wine tasting. Good when we tried but not sure how it would hold up at home. Just as good second time around. Will definitely be going back to visit.
