Medium pale pink, but surprisingly rich flavour. Pretty dry, with lots of berry and balsamic. Low acid, but not flabby. A good summer sipper.

Another good Pinot Gris from Organized Crime. This 2015 has a touch less acidity than the 2014 (which we liked better). Pretty colour from longer skin contact during pressing. Floral on the nose with melon on both nose and palate. Nicely balanced with med finish.
