Darker than expected, this is cola brown in color and brooding in taste. Moderate sweetness and sourness, with plenty of funky, fruity character. Oak influence is looming. More complex than the archetypes of the style, but not necessarily better, though I can see this coming together with age.

2012 Oude Tart. Definitely got better with age much more complex and less tart than when fresh.
