Ripe af but somehow refreshing to balance the fruit. Fun. Goes with risotto (explanation in next week’s article)

Great flavors from a rather rare varietal. Bright flavors of lemon peel and thyme. Where do I find more?

Italy. White. Campania.
Very bright and great for summer. Lemon notes. Feels like you’re by the Amalfi Coast - that’s what I like about good Italian wines - the sense of terroir is very vivid. I prefer the Colosi which has more body and less zing but this was good with my seafood pasta. 13.5% alc by vol.
