Inspire Famitage Dry Gewürtztraminer Blend

Not bad, opened nicely

citrus and peach on the nose. a little bit fruity, almost sweet but not. very gewurzt but still different. medium and very dry finish. very pleasent and intresting. paired well with salmon with herbs, spicy indian style beans and buckwheat.
