This wine opened up nicely. Would be very enjoyable with a rack of lamb or any other light gamey meat. Light on the palette, with a nice bite to it at the end. Good wine for the price.

Medium body. Lots of dark fruits. Licorice, plum, cherry, and wonderful with pasta!!
