One of the most incredible dessert wines I have ever tasted. Every bit of flavour you would want from a Syrah, but as an ice wine. Sweet smoke (think hookah), candied bacon, sweet spices. Not syrupy in the least. This is a serious dessert wine, and easily one of the best I have ever had. So different from anything else I have encountered. An absolute delight.
