This is a stunning white showing surprisingly rich evolution: lemon and candied lemon, acacia, honeysuckle, wet stone, sage, green apple, dried apple, white peach, lime, lime zest, fennel and anise. It’s held up very well for six years, with vibrant acidity and rich, creamy texture. Very long finish
