Well hello new friend. We knew we liked Stoney Ridge's Cab Franc available at the LCBO, so we included them in our most recent Niagara weekend. So glad we did! A lovely winery (and cheese shop!) with polite, knowledgeable staff. The 2010 Cab Merlot is a lovely wine by itself, but really comes into its own when paired with spicy meats.
