We held on to this one and finally decided it was time. It was! It opened up within 5 minutes; full-bodied, currants, blackberries, and spice. Perfect with filet.

Rich and well integrated with tiny delicious tannins. Ripe for sure but nice balance of mocha and dark fruit with some spice.
