Skin contact white (duh) which didn’t feel in balance to me, a lot of astringency which could have benefitted from either texture or fruit to offset

Pairs well with obsessing over who’s gonna be the blood sacrifice in Succession finale

Delicious drinkable delightful. Tart semi ripe plum juice. Touch of umami/olives. Citrus aftertaste.

Lime and citrus, nutty, extremely drinkable.. spendy but worth it, very very good for a summers day. Complex
