Last drunk 2/18/22. If anything, this bottle was deeper and more complex. A minty/eucalyptus note was especially prominent. Amazingly youthful at age 25.

All you could ask for in a mature CA Cab.
Dried tobacco, cedar, black/red fruit, fennel, herbs and graphite. Long smooth finish. Ain’t falling apart anytime soon.

All there! Probably won’t last two nights, but we can handle that! Well balanced, fruit still there with lots of mellowed tannins and good earthy notes.
