Sepp's Alte Reben Sylvaner

Ripe white peach, pretty floral notes as well, of course different grapes (Sylvaner vs. Gruner Veltliner), but this richer, fuller, a little less acidity, but overall the more impressive wine. We’ll see which pairs better with pasta in white clam sauce!?!?

Beautiful nose of fragrant white spring blossoms, mineral, wet stones, and some subtle wet soil, fresh and lively on the palate, nice balance, shows excellent depth and complexity, lingering finish, lovely northern Italian Sylvaner (I do favor Sylvaner!!).

Spice, white stonefruits, crisp and refreshing, richer than the Gruner, nice balance, medium-long finish, lovely northern Italian white!!
