Does this use American oak? Seems to have that slight sweetness and heat on the finish - not ideal. It's full and round and smooth for the most part, but a sharp finish. Dark red fruits, slightly dried. Can't say it's a style I enjoy much anymore (but pretty sure I did when I bought it).
