Another Cabernet made is an elegant, reserved style. Tons of ripe fruits though.

Dense black fruit, blackberry liqueur, coffee and toasty notes. Incredibly long finish. 2 hours of air and it's only getting going. Brilliant.

Absolutely delicious Cabernet!!! Creamy on start, smooth on the finish... Just as good as when I tasted at the vineyard!
