Another superlative Scott release which I almost missed out on - I saw it on the home page as a recommendation 😿

The Cabernet is near-perfect for this varietal - big thick tannins without the yeasty bread-like mouthfeel of some big reds. This wine is all about the fruit - dark cherries, red currants, smooth blueberries.

We paired this with homemade chili - superb! 😺
