To paraphrase the renowned philosopher Tom Jones, this Cabernet is like candy on a shelf; I can't stop helping myself to glass after glass. While for me this is simply a superlative cocktail wine, for those of us who enjoy charred mammal portions, I imagine it would be a champion food wine as well.
