Opened this a couple of days ago but wasn't very good. Left it opened with the screw top on for 2 days and it is much much nicer. Red fruit on the nose, very nice.

Screams Barossa Shiraz... mulberry, black licorice, pine tree. Slurpy, big, juicy. My palate is drifting away from this style, but this is a good fire side winter's night wine. Pair with dark chocolate.
