Wild flower aromas, and mocha bouquet. Rich structured black berries with licorice, soft round balanced tannins in the palate... I'm sure enough the fruit and the oak is consolidated. V. 2013 Paired with 24 m. Age N.Z. cheddar, and French truffle chocolates.
