This is ridiculous. I waited until day two to form my opinion. Last night I opened and decanted about 30 minutes but it was too cool. Notwithstanding a little disappointment, I knew their was promise. Today it delivered BIG. Deep ruby red. Earthy nose. Forest. Some plum fruit, but it is an undertone. Layered beauty. Tannins more smooth than grippy. This can age longer. Truly lovely. Will wait a while to open another bottle.
