1990 Rose vintage Dom Ruinart. Medium Orange. Mushroom, sous bois, white truffle and ripe stone fruits. Cigar, leathery notes. Rich. On palate, very rich, good integrated acidity, oxtail consume and broth. A wow wine. 17% red wine. Good length. Love it. One of the best of the trip. Disgorged in 2001. 9.5g dosage.
