1993 vintage. Dom Ruinart. Ripe and mineral. Maybe some oxidation - nuts and coffee, earthy, ripe apricots and cream, caramel and butter scotch from the MLF. Medium golden hue. On palate, this is fab. Concentrate and sweet sour profile. Burgundian in its complexity. Harmonious. Lovely. Dosage: 9 grams. Disgorged in '03. NB: 1.5% of production is Dom Ruinart. 20% is rose of Dom Ruinart.
