Pagani Ranch Sonoma Valley Zinfandel Blend

I don't drink Zin very often, 1993 Pagani ranch from Ridge is an exception #IWMwine

Sherry-like nose with orange peel, and dark cherry notes hiding in the dusty nose. The dark cherry is the primary component in the palate with a hint of graphite on the fine tannin finish. This wine is drinking perfectly right now.

So much life... Hard to believe it is 21 yrs old

Still kicking and plenty of savory and herbs with the right amount of residual dark cherry fruit. Delicious.

Drank amazingly well. Part of a Zinfandel vertical Pagani 1992, 2003 and 2013
