Beautiful! Don't laugh, but the charred meat character of this reminds me of the few Cote roties I have tried. Not that I claim it is really like a northern Rhone: it is it's own Californian thing, and I loved it. Low on acid, big on black fruit and minerals. Just what I wanted tonight!
