Foothills in the Sun Vineyard Syrah

Light signature nose of berries and violets. Astringent with huge acid on first pour reminiscent of wines derived from vines grown in volcanic ash. Mineral, olive and green tea. Comes together on day two suggesting this wine could use some considerable time in the bottle for its elegance and exquisite qualities to emerge.
