Great Crozes. The whole syrah package is there, including smoked salami & black olives. All in a very elegant way. Too bad nobody in the Netherlands imports this & I have to bring bottles home from France myself...

A slight amount of mineral on the finish. Briny olives on the open, good acidity to match against a smoked sausage and mashed potatoes. Fair amount of tannin remains, dark, ripe fruit. Great finish!
