Found probably the last bottle! Eight years on and drinking very nicely. Balanced ripe fruited earthy notes into soft but balanced palate and finish. Sinner (Mourvèdre) and Saint (Grenache) in the Barossa Valley indeed!

Nov 12th, 2025Acker auction. First opened Iceland 7/20/17. Earthy and dark red fruits minty notes on nose. Medium body and good balance with acids on palate and medium finish. Great value $12 for'99. Not there typical Aussie style. Good mix of old and new worlds. A blend of equal parts Grenache and Mourvedre.
