Very smooth and fruity but not too sweet. The aging in the Pappy barrels brings a wonderful aroma and great finish. Unbelievable bargain at under $20.

Jul 17th, 20172015. Aged on Pappy Van Winkle barrels, which you get one the nose after a full pit fruit. Soft to start, pulls out a lot of spice from the jumbalaya we paired it with.
