A ridiculously good cider out of Boston MA. This is what I'm talking about, cider and Mosaic hops! Slightly bitter, hints of citrus, perfectly balanced sweetness, yet still noticable that the base is cider and not grain. 4.8% ABV
Not sure why we waited so long to open this, as I remember it being stunning when we tasted late last year (2018). Just fantastic, could easily drink this in mass quantity in warm or cold weather!
