This is one of the red slate wines with pretty floral notes and slate like granite notes. The green slate is more mineral driven on the nose bit both wines have great concentration a bit more lime and green apple coming from the green the red is a bit fuller but both have excellent concentration and depth the red is more forward and the green is more savory and brighter acidity basically they emulate the color of the soils.

Rich, waxy and mineraly on the nose with just a hint of petrol. Bright, bone dry and rich on the palate. Deep stone and mineral flavors with just a hint of sour citrus fruit and bracing acidity. The finish is long and bright with a touch more minerality.
