Pulled from a lost corner of the library. Still going, definitely aging with grace. Dried apricot, cinnamon stick and star anise, chamomile tea and honeyed yogurt. Broad pallet with softer more approachable acid, and a touch of sweetness. Phenolic finish similar to hazelnut skin.
