Quick tasting note: this wine is clear, Deep ruby with hints of garnet. Nose is clean with medium (+) intensity. Aromatics are dark cherry, bramble and dusty earth for primary but tertiary are stronger showing leather, tobacco and savory qualities. On the palate the wine is dry with medium (+) acidity and high tannins. The dark cherry is persistent and so is the leather. This full bodied wine has a lingering finish. It’s nice. And it’s time to pair this with food! Cause, I’m hungry.
