Ok. This NEEDS air. The typical Sangiovese acid was string at first. The next day..... Wham.... The nose is like sweet, dusty cherries surrounded by shoe leather. Incredibly smooth in the palate, gleaming with strawberry notes. Felt more full bodied in the mouth after a day of air.
