I have been saving this wine for a while. Drink by date was 2020. That is too long as this wine is almost past its prime. All that is left are a few lonely tannins and a bitter blackberry finish.

Pine Ridge seems incapable of disappointing. It is proving difficult to not guzzle my second glass to keep anyone else from drinking my rightful share.

Don't ask me how I got my hands on this beautiful bottle of Cabernet. (My parents collection might be missing a bottle hehe) but this went great with some BBQ tri-tip and lamb. Delicious.
