As with Sparr's Gewurztraminer, this entry level pinot gris offers a classic summation of what the grape and style offer in Alsace. It's off-dry, medium body, wonderfully round in the mouth and altogether beguiling. Lemon, honey, hay, a bit of almond - it's a classic example at a very fair price.
