This is my wine. I drink at least a case and a half a year. A dark maroon. Earthy nose. Some fragrance of wood and metal. Plum and dark berry flavour with a hint of anise on the finish. Texture is smooth and full. Pairs with any meat or Trevor's jam donuts.
