2011. Still tasting very young and fresh. Black cherries, jam, sweet pie flavors. Dark purple red color. Dash of cedar. Some smoke notes.
Plan to pair it with braised lamb shanks over polenta. Good match.

Hoooleee smokes. 2011 Perliss! In Napa at Press and the sommelier was pretty damn right on this one. Young and major league. Kinda like I used to want my women! Now it's my wine.
