What can you say about a penfolds. As I have said before. Not a big chard fan. But the Aussie version isn’t bad. Good structure still for a 2006. Even some minerality. Homemade andouille sausage with potatoes and garden peppers went well

Laced with tart crab apple. Just a hint of oak woodines. Lingered full dry with honey in the background. Good white for my palette.
