One of those wines that feels bigger than the glass in front of you. We noted dark fruit, leather, smoke, earth, and a touch of bitumen, all backed by tight tannins and real structure. It’s young, but the balance is already striking. Part of the enjoyment is knowing the history in the bottle. We gave it 94, and would probably save the other bottle for another five years.
