This is not quite a dessert wine. No botrytis. They haven't taken it to the sweet and sticky level. Although, it is a sweet wine...it's not over the top. Quite nice and refreshing. It's has apricots, all the stone fruits, citrus, marmalade & yellow florals. The fruits don't necessarily have the dry presence. This fits better with lemon poppyseed cake than say creme brulee. I know I wanted a piece of lemon poppyseed cake. Thanks Zoe for all your time and a great visit. See you back at Magill estate.
