Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon

Una verdadera joya de Australia. Exuberante. Sin duda un Petit Grange.

Clear, deep garnet colour with tawny rim. Clear, medium blackcurrent, with cedar and earthy aromas. Dry, high acidity and tannins beautifully balanced. Medium bodied with long finish. Flavours of black berries (black currant, cherries ?) and vanilla. Still a very good wine but might be past its best?
