Oh how I love a big, juicy Syrah with a rare chargrilled steak and the plush '03 Pax Syrah 'Vine Hill Vineyard' paired up beautifully. Blackberry and anise flavors with notes of smokey spices and a huge finish. Awesome meal and wine! Even nailed the grill crosshatches!
