Reddish orange purple. Opaque and dark. Nose that immediately says old La La. Really rich fruit and structure in the mouth. Really long finish. Guesses were around the 82/83 Mouline or Turque area but no, it was old Hermitage. This was as good as my experiences with the 78 version of this wine. Stood out on a night of great wines.
