This ticks pretty much all the boxes of a grand cru champagne profile I like. It has a biscuit and golden pear nose, a delicate mousse that vanishes quickly on the palate, a medium body that begs for something earthy and buttery, and a finish that beckons another sip. Exactly what I wanted today after a long day :)
