Oddly enough, 10 months later and halibut cheek fish tacos again. Alcohol forward, green Sauv edge on the way back end, still tropical, melon driven, more complex, getting better, didn't know how the 14's would age...

Really tasty with tropical fruit and green melon...and peach soda (?). Didn't quite pick up on the heat from the high alcohol, seems balanced. Perfect patio drinker.
