“Anthoncyanes” is a NV Rosé made in the saignée method from vineyards in Vertus, Le Mesnil and Mont Aimé. Popped and poured; no formal notes. It pours a very pretty light pink color with a persistent mousse and exhibits the brightest, tiniest of little forest strawberries, some lemon, and brioche. This is super dry however, the fruit is so delicious it almost feels round. My second experience with this producer but my first with their Rosé. Very enjoyable stuff and would love to enjoy again. Bottled April 2017. Disgorged June 2022. Dosage: 3.5 g/l.
